‍Magnet Sort — mobile game privacy supplement

This supplement describes the current iOS version of Magnet Sort, provided by HALVROX LLC. It covers the game separately from the website, newsletter and contact forms described above.

For information processed through Magnet Sort, this supplement takes precedence over the website-only sections above. HALVROX LLC is responsible for the game data processing described here; Apple and Google also process information under their own privacy policies.

You do not need a game account. Magnet Sort saves your level, puzzle state, coins, lives, inventory, rewards, workshop progress and settings on your device. It also keeps local records of gameplay, purchases and reward delivery to operate the game and prevent duplicate grants.

Local gameplay logs include randomly generated session and event identifiers, timestamps, app version, level attempts, game actions, economy changes and advertising outcomes. The current game does not automatically upload these gameplay logs to HALVROX or a cloud analytics service. Advertising services process data separately as explained below.

Device backups may include app data according to your device and Apple backup settings. The game does not provide its own account-based cloud save service.

Magnet Sort uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage applicable advertising privacy choices. Ads can be requested and loaded in advance, after the consent system permits requests; processing is not limited to the moment you choose to watch a video.

Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, service operation and improvement. Processing depends on the SDK configuration, applicable requirements and your privacy choices. See Google's advertising information and privacy policy.

Advertising information may also be shared with advertising partners that provide or measure ads through Google's services. Where the consent message is shown, its partner list identifies participating companies and explains their purposes and privacy policies. The game does not request access to your device's precise GPS location.

The current game does not request Apple's permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA). This does not mean that advertising services process no other identifiers or technical data.

Where an advertising privacy message is required, the game presents it before requesting ads as required by the consent system. When available, you can reopen the advertising privacy choices from the game's settings. Changing a choice affects subsequent processing; it does not undo processing already performed.

Apple processes in-app payments. HALVROX does not receive your payment card details through the game. The app uses Apple-verified purchase information, including product and transaction identifiers and entitlement status, to deliver purchases, restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate delivery. Its delivery records are stored locally. Apple's processing is described in Apple's privacy policy.

If you contact HALVROX, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate the request and maintain necessary support records. Do not send payment card details or passwords. The game does not automatically attach your saved game or local logs to an email.

The current version retains its local save and logs in the app's storage. Deleting the app removes that local app storage; restoring a device backup may restore it. Deleting the game does not delete purchase records held by Apple or information already processed by advertising providers.

You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of information HALVROX holds about you and other privacy rights available in your location. HALVROX cannot remotely retrieve or delete a save that exists only on your device. Requests relating to information held independently by Apple or Google can also be directed to those providers using their privacy controls.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request, handle related follow-up or disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The length depends on the nature of the request and those obligations. Apple, Google and other advertising partners set retention periods for information they hold under their own policies.

Magnet Sort is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through support requests. If you believe a child has provided personal information to HALVROX, contact privacy@halvrox.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Age and parental-consent requirements can differ by location; a store age rating does not itself provide consent for advertising data processing.

Where European Economic Area, UK or Swiss data protection law applies, the grounds for our processing depend on the purpose: providing the game and delivering requested purchases; our legitimate interests in responding to support requests, operating the game securely and preventing duplicate or fraudulent rewards; compliance with applicable legal obligations; and consent for advertising storage or processing where required. Consent choices and the advertising partners' stated grounds are available in the advertising privacy message.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive a portable copy of your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Contact privacy@halvrox.com to exercise rights concerning information HALVROX holds. Providing support contact details is voluntary; without the information needed to understand your request, we may be unable to resolve it.

Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. Advertising-related disclosures of identifiers and activity information described above may count as sale or sharing under these laws even without a payment for the information. The website-only statement about not selling information should not be read as excluding these advertising disclosures from the game.

Use the game's advertising privacy choices, where available, to make advertising opt-out choices, or contact privacy@halvrox.com for requests concerning HALVROX. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We may need information proportionate to the request to verify your identity or the agent's authority. You can ask us to review a denied request by replying to our response and stating that you wish to appeal. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

HALVROX LLC is based in the United States. Information you send to us and information processed by advertising or payment services may be processed outside your country. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Google's arrangements for relevant transfers, including its adequacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses, are explained in its data transfer information. Apple describes its international processing in its privacy policy. These providers' arrangements do not mean HALVROX itself is certified under those frameworks. Contact us for information about the handling of personal information you submit directly to HALVROX.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. The current game does not upload its local gameplay records to HALVROX.

We will update this supplement when the game's data practices change and display the effective date of the published version. Any future cloud analytics, account system or cloud saving will require updated disclosures before it is introduced.
